Melbourne and Peninsula Accommodation Bonds

Don’t Sell your family home to fund Accommodation Bonds

As part of our Reverse Mortgage programs, Seniors are now able to use the equity in their home to fund their Accommodation Bond costs.

Following changes to the Social Security in July 2005, the accommodation bond is asset test exempt, together with any income generated from the home whilst it is exempt. Clients can retain their entitlements for longer. The home can be rented out, thus generating income, or allow family members to move into the property.

Once again, there is a range of flexible interest rates to suit your needs.

There are a number of products within our program, and the available options will be determined by each Senior’s individual position.
